Sales and billing

Two-day refund. The course is a one-time purchase of $999 that grants lifetime access to digital content delivered immediately. If it is not for you, tell us within two days (48 hours) of your purchase, by email or in Messages inside the course, and we refund the full amount to the original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are issued within five business days and your access ends when the refund is issued. After two days, sales are final. Lesson 0.1 and the tools on the sales page are free so that you can judge the teaching before you buy.

What is included and what is coming. Your purchase includes everything listed on the sales page as available today. Items marked “coming soon” in the course (the Machine Track videos and the Restocker SOP) are not yet delivered; they are added to the course at no extra charge when they are ready. We update the University continuously and every update is included.

Operator Support is an optional subscription of $50 per month, billed monthly in advance to the card on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, from the link on your receipt or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, you keep the subscription until then, and no partial months are refunded. The subscription gives you the ability to message a member of the Hotbox team about your machines and your vending business, with a reply from a person within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays), guaranteed. Replies are educational and operational guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice, and the subscription does not include site visits, repairs, product, locations or any service beyond messaging.

One-time extras. The Content Lead Playbook and confirmed leads (a scored lead in your area, coming soon) are optional purchases, separate from the course. The price of each is stated at checkout. Unless the checkout page says otherwise, each carries the same two-day refund window as the course.

Income disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Dollar figures on the site and in the course are examples and researched ranges from Hotbox Vending's own machines and from named sources as of 2026. They vary widely by location, product, deal terms, and operator effort. Hotbox University makes no income guarantee, and no claim about what you will earn. Testimonials, when shown, are individual experiences and any compensation is disclosed.

Education, not advice

Hotbox University is educational content. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and no attorney-client or advisor relationship is created. Laws and regulations change and vary by state and city. Verify current rules with the relevant authority and a licensed professional before operating, especially for age-restricted products such as vapor and nicotine.

Terms of use (summary)

Course content, tools, templates, and videos are licensed to the purchasing member for personal business use and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared. Paid location referrals, Hotbox Distro pricing, financing programs, and location services are separate optional programs with their own terms; they are not part of course tuition and purchasing the course does not entitle a member to any location, machine, product, or financing.

Privacy (summary)

The course app stores your progress, your pipeline and your tool inputs in your account (and keeps a copy in your browser so the app is fast). Account, payment, and community data are processed by the providers named in your account settings. We do not sell personal data. Underwriting reports must not contain personal information about location owners or staff; reports containing such data will be rejected.
